  • There was no smudging eyeliner?

  • Are you still intrested in doing these???

  • Ask Leesha - I have purple hair, help with make up!! What colour lipstick?

    Eye shadow?

  • I use sephora brand waterproof creme eyeliner.. its only $10 and it lasts all day with no running or smudging. for the waterline, its waterproof so it stays on and its really dark.. I recomend that.! (:

  • You should definitely do an Ask Leesha segment!

  • Ur awesome!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have these little white bumb looking things under my eyes and i have black heads on my nose. I also get pimples on my forhead and inbetween my eyebrows.

can you do a video about skincare and how to get rid of white/blackheads, pimples, ect.?

  • are you Irish or English or something?

  • you are so pretty! even with out all the eyeshadow (which are incredible) you look so good! its so natural, hahah i wish my skin were like tht

  • Below when it said Abrahams I ment a reveiw I am using an iPod touch to post so of course there are typos

  • I used a maybelline twist up eyeliner and I didnt set it with anything or put anything underneath and it barely smudged at all u should check this out and if u do please do Abrahams and please give me a shout out thnx!!!!

  • pointless.

  • This is helpful. Do you shop at naimies? Naimies is giving pro discounts online now and they sell stila for 40% off with the pro discount. Not everything is 40, some brands are 30 and 20

  • Urban Deccay 24/7 did not work for me at all, it still smudged very quickly! I've tried a lot of good quality eyeliners and the only one that works for me is MAC fluidline, and if i don't want a dramatic look i just use some MAC carbon eyeshadow and apply it with a 266 brush, I'm so happy I finally found something that worked and i'm telling you all it's the best!

  • You look really tired... That has nothing to do with the video I just noticed it.

  • Could you do an ask leesha about how to make lip gloss stay?

  • Could you do a comparison between Sigma and Crown brushes for an Ask Leesha? Love your videos!!! <3<3

  • this helped me so much! I almost always set my black eyeliner with a slightly shimmery black shadow, even on my waterline. But as soon as I started doing that, my eyes throughout the day would randomly start watering! I couldn't figure out what it was, and I kept just figuring it was my alergies; boy was I dumb! LOL. Thanks!!

  • I think adding an "Ask Leesha/xsparkage" segment is pretty cool, however I hope that you still continue to make tutorials every now and then.

Here is an idea: Can you make a tutorial on how to do "Arabian eyes, or exotic eyes?" That would be really cool.

  • do you know any good products for covering acne and blemishes?

  • you, are, REEEAALLYYY, pretty!

  • what settings is your microphone on? and do you upload directly to YouTube or use like Windows Movie Maker? I'm trying to tweek my settings and get them just right! Thanks!

  • I miss your crazy colors in your hair :(

  • hi leesha

what do you have on your lips here? if thats your natural lip colour then they look really pretty (not to sound creepy of course)!

  • I wanna know how to keep my liner from creasing over my lid.

  • your skin looks amazing in this video. what products did you use for foundation, concealer and powder?? I think this is a great idea for a series, you gave great tips!!

  • your skin is flawless

  • hi i just heard from some really good makeup palettes is called BH cosmetics! and my Q is ARE THEY REALLY ASS GOOD AS THEY SAY??????

  • you do an awsome job, especially for such a young lady. Thank you. If you have any suggestions for older (45 and up ) ladies as far as eye makeup since the glitters and shimmers make your wrinkles show up more. Also what would you suggest for people with small and/or hooded eyes? Thanks so much for all your time. Have a happy Thanksgiving!!

  • Rimmel sells a transparent powder called stay matte for like 5 bucks.

  • @AllQuills

    i ment to vote up

    ahahah

  • You should so do an ask Leesha! I've just recently found out about you but I like how you explain things in lay man terms so i can get it. haha

  • did you get a new room?

  • do the ask Leesha its Awesome

  • I use the urban decay 24/7 and it really does stay for a long time

  • @AshleyLynn829 the UD 24/7 also smudges great!

  • One thing that also works for me, with any eyeliner on the waterline is, before you apply it, take a cotton tip and gently pass it on the water line, then apply the eyeliner on the water line, and finally to set it, take a black eyeshadow with an angle brush, and gently apply it on top of your eyeliner. :) it works for me, thumbs up?

  • I love these series

  • Love the ask leesha!

  • i just have one wuestion my blush always seems to fade off, i've tried cream and powder but i always have to reaply it, any tips???

  • will you do an ask leesha.... on wet and dry eyeshadow i dont get it

  • Another reason your eyeliner might run from using it on the waterline is if you're allergic to it. I used to use an rimmel london liner in jet black, but it would make my eyes water and the liner would be gone in 10 minutes. I now use an Avon Glimmer-stick. That & the urban decay 24/7 in black are my favorites.

  • THANK YOU!!! This was VERY helpful!!! I like the ask leesha idea too! ;)

  • I have the urban decay eyeliner and the blue and green show up really nicely for me. I also have the maroon colored one and that one doesn't show up very well. I really like the gel eyeliner for my all around eye even if it doesn't smudge very easily.

  • i apply a pencil then in the same color add eye shadwo on top...brings out and evens the color and i never have a problem

  • YOU'RE BLONDE! :O

    Ahaa...i'm probably really late but..i'm SHOCKED :D

  • Great video!

  • You talk like petrilude. You move your mouth the same.

  • i know you're not supposed to put powder on your waterline but it is the only way i have found to make my liner stay.. ive tried it all.. and thats the only thing that's worked. but ive become a pro at it.. lol so no eye irritation here. :]

  • @palefaceintheshadows sounds good! :) what's your technique?

  • @carliza27 i just line the waterline and use a really short haired brush... like super small to set the liner. and to make sure i dont get any powder fallout in my eye i just use i tiny amount of powder at a time and gently pull my skin so that the waterline pulls away from the eye. i usually have a q-tip handy to gently roll over the water line just to pick up any excess loose powder that could possibly cause irritation.

  • @palefaceintheshadows I'll try it next time!! thank you! :)

  • yay i like these !

  • keep goingg :3

  • keep doing them please:)

  • keep doing it!

  • i think just using an eye primer all around your eye is sufficient enough.

    good tips, though.

  • Mac have a non pro translucent powder too, it's really nice but easily overused.

  • can people with darker skin use the white translucent powder??

  • @genevieverodriguez Yupp. You can use it because it's not white, it's translucent, which is kind of like clear! It's amazing because it works for any skin tone! :)

  • @JavaAndUrbanShow thanks! :)

  • Yes do the series and you forgot to mention that the elf being a lot cheaper works great and does not run at all !!!

  • Can you do an Ask Leesha on actual smudging eyeliner? on the lid? How to smudge it.

  • Great idea.. keep it going

  • i DEFINANTLY looovee this, and shud DEF. be a series. it helped me a lot, my eyeliner doesnt run down my face or anything hahaa i dont wear THAT much eyeliner, i just wear a think black pencil eyeliner on my top lid and thin black pencil on my waterline and a little below my waterline. it doesnt run but it kinda rides up on my top lid like after a while it wears off and its like in my crease, u kno wat i mean? im gona try the translucent powder(: ill let u kno if it helps! plz respond(:

  • love it!!

  • you should do a kesha makeup look

  • Totally in favor of a Ask Leesha series!!

  • This is great idea! Look forward to seeing more! :) Carla

  • Hi Leesha.. can you do a tutorial for dark brown eyes (almost black) and tan/olive skin? Thanks xoxoxo.. BTW AWESOME Vids.. I love them all...

  • @Ponceization YES. O:

  • Do you have a favorite drugstore pencil eyeliner that doesn't smudge?

  • ASK LEESHA

    ASK LEESHA

    ASK LEESHA

    GOOD

    SUPERB

    EXCELLENT

    FABOLOUS

    TREMENDOUS

    KEEEEEEPPPPP IT UUUPPPPP.

  • KEEP DOING ASK LEESHA!!!!! WE HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN FROM YOU!!!! xx

  • I would love an AskLeesha segment on some of you favorite products for the last month or two. Thanks!

  • I've always had trouble with eyeliner smudging! The best one I've found was make up forever aqua eyes eyeliner which does - not - move.

  • I forget to ask, but, if you're taking requests, then could you please consider a how-to on applying concealer on the under eye? I always have trouble with that, especially with picking shades to use!

    -Thanks so much :)

  • Ask Leesha is an awesome idea! I'm surprised though, the Stila Smudge Stick always runs on me :c I used to use it to tightline my upper lash line. I use a Smashbox liner now, but it wears off. > <

  • I love these!! Please keep doing them!! <3 I have a problem with eyeliner(waterline) gooping up in my tearduct area...ughh..soo ugly and annoying..:/

  • It's an awesome idea! =] Keep doing it puh-lease.

  • Ask Leesha is a great idea for a series, this video was really helpful, loved it xx

  • Love your vids aleesha, plus i think this would be a really good series to help people.

  • like this series alot!

  • Love the ask leesha idea! I already have a question. How do I make my small dark brown eyes appear larger

  • I can't use Urban Decay on my waterline. They don't stay at all. I've found that when I can't afford the Stila one, Sephora's water proof pencil (basically an UD dupe) works amazing!

  • Pleas keep doing it, I think it is a very good idea and definitely helps!

  • ASK LEESHA! I'd love to see how you dye your hair!! I dye mine every now and then, and I think I do okay, but of course, as soon as I rinse out, I find out my color is uneven in spots. Can you show us how you apply your hair color, tools, methods etc.? Yours is always so beautiful!

  • great idea!!keep it up

  • I think this is an awesome idea

  • Hey, I usually wear my liquid liner on top in a winged style and I always have that problem of it running in the outter corners due to the fact that I have light sensitive eyes. Is there any way that I can fix this without using waterproof liquid liner since it stains my skin?

  • love the tips... thanks hope u do more regarding on makeup tips... can you do on curling your lashes... my lashes are so stubborn they don't curl when i apply my mascara it smudges my lower lids as if smudged eyeliner (hope that makes sense *smile* ) thnk u

  • For the girl who asked the quwstion about the pencil, it's important to mention what kind of a pencil she uses.... cause mac make a few different kinds, some of them SUPPOSE TO SMUDGE so if she'll pick the POWERPOINT pencils for example, they probably wont run off her eyes :)

  • continue with fierce friday, and what happened to "battle of the brands" and "first impressions"???

  • I think its a fab idea :) it'll spice things up and be fun to watch!

Gonna try out that powder thing today :)

    x

  • Great idea for a series.

  • I like to set my undereye makeup with Johnson & Johnsons Baby Powder. It's very sheer, but not quite as sheer as most loose powders, so it works as a fantastic highlight. Sometimes, dependindg on my eyeshadow choices, I'll put the tiniest ammount of the NYC Sparckle Dust (I think that's what it's called) in Opal Sparkle in the baby powder and use that; it makes my eyes look very open and away.

QUESTIONIE! What is the best way to cover up a zit if you DON'T have an airbrush system?

  • This is a great idea! I have a question that I been dying to ask you, I cannot keep my eyelashes curled after I apply mascara... why is that??? How do you do it??

  • @springazul Try curling your lashes immediatly after applying mascara; remember that you must keep the curler on your lashes for a longer about of time, about 20-30 seconds should do it!

  • I love your blonde hair :)

  • omg dooo it!!! :)

  • I really think the Ask Leesha series is a wonderful idea. I love watching the tutorials, but there are definitely some tricks and tips us viewers don't pick up on and common things that some of us may not know. So, directly addressing these questions and helpful tips would be extremely beneficial to those of us less knowledgeable!

  • great :D

  • Def. a keeper! Loved it!

  • love the ask leesha idea...you're always reinventing your videos with great new ideas

  • I think an "Ask Leesha" series would be great! Remember that video you did a while back where you showed some of the worst makeup mistakes on one side of your face and how to correctly apply makeup on the other side of your face? I thought you were very brave for doing all that on your face at once. With this series, you could do something like that but not all on your face at one time.

    Thanks for your help!

  • Great idea. Thanks, I actually have a problem with the waterline, also.

  • its a great idea!

  • If you had only 5 minutes to do your makeup, what would you do?

  • COOL IDEA! Very useful!

  • COOL IDEA!

  • went 2 the imats here in toronto yester.. got 7 new brushes.....and a load of nyx products....was disappointed with the mac...it was the mac pro line :p

  • Love the idea!! :)

  • May I have ur eyes plz?

  • I love these sort of "Ask Leesha" videos :)

  • You should totally do ASK LEESHA

  • Hey Leesha, I was at a stila demo on sunday... and they said DO NOT use the smudge stick on the water-line. They have created a KAJAL liner especially for the waterline.

Just thought I would share. Love your videos

  • Would you like to do a video on your favorite everyday-go-to-look?

  • Would you like to do a video on your favourite everyday-go-to-look?

  • Loooovvvvveeee this idea!!

  • yeah i like these vids, :)

  • MORE PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!

  • If someone wants to use a gel liner but doesn't have a small enough brush, you can also dip a slightly dull eye pencil in the gel liner and apply it with the pencil. Just a thought...

  • I really like the Ask Leesha idea and would love to see more!! :D

  • yes i love the idea :)

  • i would love to see ask leesha!! <3 and i love ur roooom

  • Hey if you want a cheaper alternative that is very lasting too, you should try the essence long lasting eyepencil. It works wonders for me!

  • make moooooore pleaaaaaasee >-<

  • did you end up finding your cat?

  • i think you need to do a thing on what should be in your basic make up brush kit - i have a few brushes but id like to know what i really need to get vs what is good to buy later.

  • Great idea!

  • ask leesha, but...shorter would be nice

  • I have a question. I have brown eyes, but I have an obsession with my amethyst contacts lenses. What colors would compliment this particular color.

  • @paintitblack999 Go opposite the color wheel. Usually with green eyes, which I have.. purple compliments it.. and since Amethyst is a shade of purple I would say green is the complimenting color. But I'm not professional.

  • This is good! Vintageortacky should be copying you soon..LOL!

  • I really like this idea :)

The only thing thus far that works for me on the waterline (that lasts up to 8hours) is the Stila Smudge pots...true love.

  • why do you always flail your hands everywhere?

  • you should do the school cliques series

  • yay! love Ask Leesha! :]] <3

  • More Ask Leesha!!

  • ahahaahahahaha!! PAUSE AT 4:18!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Thank you for all your helpful advice! I've been having smudging on the lower water line and never thought about trying my MAC to line there or to use powder.

  • I like the Ask Leesha, its a awesome idea! And helps. I used a eyeliner crayon, and I don't use it in the watter line unless I was a cute non heavy look. I'v never had problems with running, you forgot to mention that some eyeliner is watter poff.

  • Love this as a series!!! Thank you!

  • I love this series idea. I have an idea for a tutorial series, I think something like 7 deadly sins, a look inspired by different flowers, high school stereotypes (like cheerleader, goth, etc), music genres (pop, folk, emo, etc.), the months of the year, and the ever popular beauty through the ages look.

  • It helps Leesha. Thanks again because I've the same problem with my eyeliner. Thanks again for this tutorial...

  • keep doing ASK LEESHA. i luv it

  • You should definitely keep doing Ask Leesha! I love it. :)

  • Leesha, your hair has been looking so fantastic lately!

Thanks for the great videos :)

  • I like this series thing.....I think it'll really help a lot of people....like me lol

  • this really helped me i have that same probalem with my eyes liner and i sort of clumps us or something at my tear tucks its gross and annoying and i have to rub it away all day but this will probably help alot with keeping it in place

  • I have tht powder and I got it at a local MAC stand at my mall. The only difference is that it's a smaller size. Great tips!.

  • I think this is a fabulous idea! It gives the viewers exactly what they are looking for :) I vote for continuing with the Ask Leesha series :)

  • ARE YOUR CAT HOME YET?

  • @moralia16 check out her other channel. She updated it the other day. Kiki's back! :D

  • if people are looking for good cream/gel liners, L'oreal HIP makes some and they're really good, crammed full of product and last long.

Rimmel also make Soft Kohl pencils that work well for me as well.

  • i love the idea and video :D

  • Love the idea! its a different type of beauty related video. Its more like beauty advice rather than the typical tutorial videos. LOVE!

  • great series ideas

  • Greaatt series idea!!!!! :)

  • Dye your hair brown, and curl it...I know this is pretty random, but I think you would look like Regina Spektor.

  • ah you mean like 'ask shane' and 'ask iJ'? yesssss i love those kinds of videos.

i would deff be interested in watching more of these :D

  • your skin looks flawless.

  • What's a really good concealer for when you have a red pimple or something?? haha thx and I REALLY like this idea for a series!!!

  • @dancer4ever125 A concealer with a green tone will work best. Green cancels out red. Just makesure you blend well.

  • @dancer4ever125 I LOVE LOVE LOVE using physicians formula green concealer...they have it in a stick as well as a liquid form...it works really well....green cancels out the red!!! :)

  • does anyone know if Stila Cosmetics are good?how about their eyeshadow?what do u think? i am asking bc in the country i am in we dont have them so i would have to order them online. thnx!

  • i think this series would be amazing :) also, do another UNwearable wednesday!

  • My eyes water a lot so I've had my fair share of running makeup. Things I've found that really help: putting contacts on at least 30 minutes before applying makeup so that if my eye is going to water it's going to have plenty of time to do so, using MAC Fluidline in blacktrack on my waterline after I've applied an eyeshadow base but not before putting on eye shadow, waterproof mascara, and a Claratin hahaha sounds funny but since I started using a allergy med I've noticed a big difference!

  • I think that the Ask Leesha series is a great idea. A very simple way to respond to FAQ's, with a visual to help out as well.
