  • WONDERFULL

  • great video

  • doesn't the sun permanently damage the sensor after shining on the same spot for so long?

  • Cool! What intervalometer did you use? If your camera has infrared, you or someone who want to try time-lapse photography, could use an infrared time-lapse remote like this one: tempus.bymac.org

  • I like your video really nice quality. I just switched over from a different account please check out my videos

  • Отлично!

  • how did you film so fast? is it some button on the camera?

  • nice video

  • asking permission to use this in my video project as an introduction clip//thank you

  • This is so purty! May I use this in my video?

  • i'm still wondering why these kinds of videos have dislikes.

  • GREAT VIDEO!!! FKD

  • Perfect nature, soooooo beautiful, i'm so with nature.....

  • My video of the complete day was into the sun. I use cheap camera so don't have to fear too mach if they are damaged

  • Fantastically!

  • i would like to download this its very pretty

  • Very cool! I'll subscribe, and hope you'll subscribe back:)

  • Nice flow to the video.

  • how long did you film for this?

  • for clouds, it's not long. About one frame every five to ten seconds, 1,300 frames.

  • trance-inducing:)))))))))

  • This makes me smile!

  • where can I download it?

  • I love time lapse clouds. Look very nice. I thought, a cam could be damaged when pointing at the sun - am i wrong? Some music would be nice - perhaps something like Jean-Michel Jarre. Take a look on my videos, too - i have 2 timelapse ones.

  • ooh nice.................

  • i like how it gets all stormy looking at the end

  • HOw can I download this footage?

  • Wow smooth :D

  • 1080p!

  • very nice, I have been doing simular things too.

  • Would welcome your comments on my videos

  • its my favourite star

  • might be good for ending with some where over the rainbow as muisc,

  • PREEETTYYY!!!

  • Funny how you can make HD content with digital cameras. Sweet. I like it. I have a D1x also. It still holds its own. People are unloading them for $400-$500 on eBay to get D300s or D3s thinking that it will improve their photography to a very noticeable degree.

  • I believe you are just being jealous

  • Wow very nice :) Really like how the clouds move swiftly

  • Awesome!

  • did you use the mc-36? I think your daring for pointing directly into the sun bTW!!

  • I make all my own equipment. Intervalometers, motion control etc. I didn't mean to press the 'bad comment' thing by the way. Can't seem to undo it.

  • How are you interfacing a custom interval timer with a Nikon? pigtailed 10-pin plug?

I know the sun thing is not that big of an issue with a slr because the mirror 'protects' the sensor but still makes me nervous... ;-)

  • Exactly that. Cheap Nikon remotes all have the plug, and the D1s are cheap enough to be consumable these days. You just need a 100ms closure to fire the shutter.
