can some one make a tutorial on how to do the turn in to the hold at 10 seconds

it's not hard. all you do is a double or however many turns you wanna do and then you plie right before the last turn, pull your leg up from pase so that your arm is under your knee and then end in a tilt kick, putting your heel flat to stop your momentum.
