This is not possible. I know for a fact these have been dropped off of a roof and did not pop open. This is a very reliable product that I would highly suggest to those with firearms. Especially those with families and firearms. Keep your kids protected.
The Inprint safe is over a year old and still works great. I’ve tried to pop the door open, but it’s not possible. Also, aside from my post, busting this, think about this. Why isn’t the net filled with videos of this safe failing and being popped opened? It is because we all don’t run a company that also makes gun safes?
First off, you cannot drop and pop open the safes lock. That really would not be CA DOT compliant, would it? Second. I own both safes, Inprint and Mike's gunvault safe. The gunvault was a gift. The gunvault safe stopped working after a month. The Mechanism will not unlock the safe anymore. I have to use the key.
This safe must have been rigged to open when dropped because I know three people with this model and their safes will not open this way. The new InPrint safe has also been California approved which has strict testing procedures including this type of drop. This is just another fake You Tube video!

So far imprint, gunvault and biovault have all missed the mark. And not with how well the product is made, but the conceptional function to begin with. You will see a real personal security safe hit the market soon, that will make what these guys are doing seem like glue glitter art.
That InPrint model has not be made for over a year and the new InPrint Safes have been tested for this. I have one of the new safes and it will not open in this manner.
i have one, yea right um no.....

Ok so I understand that this guy represents the makers of GunVault, and I get exposing the flaws on other companies safes.
But what I would love to see is them drop their comparable safe in the same manner to show it's superior.
It's easy to point out someone else's flaws, but until you prove your safe doesn't fail under the same conditions then this is pointless!
