I was born in England and my father was, but have a Welsh name and Welsh ancestral lineage all the way before that - which is why I support Welsh independence and am against all the injustices committed in this video. I could think of a few places in England I'd turn into a tip before anywhere in Wales. I'm not the most well travelled, but have been around a bit and Wales is the most beautiful place I know. Snowdonia is breathtaking.

And the majority of the archers at Agincourt were Welsh, oddly enough plucked straight from Owain Glyndwr's ranks after the English deposed of him. You know why? Henry V was born in Wales he fought against Glyndwr's forces, he knew their effectiveness having received a normally fatal arrow to the face that left him disfigured.

Most of them were probably killed by the Celts. Since then many waves of "colonists" have swept into Britain. So why did they all come to Britain? Remove the huge number of 'lifestyle changers' who've moved here but either don't work, or continue to work where they've come from and the swarms of benefit claimants who've moved to Welsh towns, from the Pop. numbers and, yes, Wales produces more per head than it receives. So who's subsidising who, eh? And we could charge for our natural resources.

Yes, you are right, Henry Tudor was indeed Welsh and a massive disappointment to most Welsh people. They thought that at last here was a ruler who would better represent the country. Instead, personal greed and power resulted in him actually doing the opposite. Not one of Wales' best products was dear Henry.

Yes he relaxed the punitive laws imposed by the English Kings Edward I and Henry V. Welsh peasants under the laws of Hywel Dda had far greater rights than the English did until the 19th Century and the Llywelyns and Glyndwr were bound by those laws. Get your facts right.

If you consider where most natural resources are, it's hardly surprising that the Westminster Govt. wants to keep the 'union'. From the Romans onwards, invaders have fixed their eyes on Wales and Scotland with a view to exploiting their resources. The 'union' was hardly something that was supported by people who after all, had fought long and hard to expel the endless hordes of foreign interlopers. Wales wasn't willingly given to a 'union' that raped it's resources and ancient culture.

Many brave Welshmen did indeed fight for the British in both world wars, but then, so did many brave Irishmen as well. Firstly, I don't think there is any comparison to the Scotish Imperial days and the English empire! The word British did indeed derive from Brythonic, it refers to the origional British people, the Welsh and Cornish. Something else that got hijacked!

Fideo gwych! I live just down the road from Trebanos, and I can tell you that the main problem is Labour! The locals were up in arms when they first heard of the gas project. They complained. The local Labour councilor then said that Labour was angry, and added, where it up to Plaid the pipeline "wouldn't be bringing with it the income" generated by builders and building companies. And they all swallowed it, and voted for Gwenda Thomas AM (Labour). No wonder the English call us sheep!
