@3needs10 The only "danger" would be weight gain. But that's true of anything you eat too much of. :)

I just tried my first bagel and it was SO good! Im lucky there is a low carb store in my town that sells them. I've seen them for months but didnt think they would taste any good but I was wrong! Will be trying to eat these in moderation...maybe make a lunch time pizza with it.

I gave up 'real" bread(s) 12 weeks ago, I don't miss it, but that was for a challenge..now, I am really thinking about these bagels and of course all the toppings. Bagels was always my favorite, now I can try it again!
