Great look inside Eric's process. Clear steps and strong direction towards how to finish a piece. What I take away from this is there should be no boundaries to the editing of a design. Try everything. Regardless, a foundation in principles should be the first step in learning to create a realistic character.
Thanks for posting. I learned a few new tips such as adding random texture and color for interest in skin tone.
