12-27-2007. It was 4 years ago today my by beloved cousin lost a two and a half year battle with Lou Gehrig's Disease. At her funeral, this was played during a video montage of her life. Alot of people like to froth about the mouth when it comes to John Denver and his song writng ability, but I can recall several of his songs that were total suckage. I was always a Croce fan and at 50 years old I can never recall a bad song written by him. He was a genius ( my opinion ).

She had brittle bones and was likely to die young anyway, but that we couldnt reconcile and I wasnt there when she passed has made the loss even harder to take. She was one in a million.,

Jim Croce was a fantastic artist, his lyrics are so deep and meaningful. I'm so glad that my dad introduced me to him. One of my favorite artists.
