360 FTW! MGS4 is really fun and a decent game but it doesn't compare to Gears, let alone Halo. Funny that on Halo, a sci-fi action game it is harder to stay hidden from your enemies than on a 'stealth action' game like mgs4. The Halo AI are more intelligent and work in loose groups of 5/6 that cover each other where mgs4 it's one or two idiots who don't even raise the alarm if they find you, simply shoot. Besides that Halo campaign is a scale of epic I have never seen before or since

No, you absiolute retard, it is because on harder difficulties the AI are more competent as a team, covering each others backs and so on and also become more accurate shots and more alert. If it was just more damage than you would just have to be more cautious but use the same tactics. E.G. on normal difficulty it is possible to take a few enemies out one by one. On legendary before the large group of enemies below knows you are there the snipers around the map will have taken you out.

Different AI will run away screaming/rush at you in blind rage/hide and wait for backup when you have killed a large number of them. The fact that halo had generally fairly unintelligent friendly AI compared to the enemies, but that was done on purpose. As reffered to by the marines you play as the one man army of master cheif. They're simply there to help
