Pazdrawlaju i mnogoje lieta.
i wonder why when our singers sing English none of Ukrainian nationalist's voice is heard, but when they use russian (which, in fact, is native language for the most part of ukrainian citizens)they come out with their comments at once. As I know Irina writes songs in both languages and her songs in any language deserve to be heard by the public
@Nadya1976 Thats very simple, Nadya. True Ukrainians - hate Russians. Period. Look at the history, past and current politics!!!! Occupants - they are for us. And most Rus-speaking Ukrainians speak in Russian only coz their lack Ukr-speaking schools. Maybe, if Rus-speaking Ukrainians FINALLY learn TRUE LANGUAGE OF UKRAINE after living so many years in their land - Ukrainian people will view Eastern neighbor of Ukraine more favorably? (common sense, no :))
@canadira disagree with every your word, but don't want to develop this pointless discussion here. Just want to note that only shallow and narrow-minded people can hate somebody over their nationality or language they talk. Russian-speaking doesn't mean they don't know Ukrainian, just Russian is the language all their ancestors spoke. Only when Ukraine stop trying to find the "big body" to lean against it will become truly free and strong country.
@Nadya1976 The language of Ancestors then should be kept at their homes - be my guest. When I come to Poland - I speak Polish, when in Canada - English respectively. So in Ukraine - Ukrainian. Please - dont argue, its common sense. We dont lean on Russia - we just cant get rid of their claws for centuries lol. Like Cancer (inept ukr. government doesn't help and gas dependency either lol )
@canadira i don't come to Ukraine, i live here from my birth and my parents live here all their life long. And i'm not going to let anybody point me in my country which language and where i should use. Develop science, industry, make inventions and this way move your language forward. If you don't have this, but only empty arrogance and hate, you will sit in this swamp forever and will always find who to blame.
@Nadya1976 english is an international language and it's a sign that the singer would like to be internationally known. I think this is for many people a big difference, because when someone switch from ukrainian to russian, it's like a treason, like she is not proud anymore of her native language. the official language is ONLY ukrainian. the president victor janukovytsh wanted to appoint russian as an secound official language, but that led to big protests
I'n sure that Miss Iryna is really concerned about what someone who uses the nickname "gayukrainian" says about her...Especially when she can definitely attract more men's eye's than some frustrated homo can. So "snog off" gayukrainian. Iryna-You...and your music, are extremely beautiful, so keep it up.

Oh here she is again. Still singing in some foreign language. Is sneg foreign for snog?
I wish she would just make our lives a tad easier and sing in Ukrainian.
