i wonder if you might consider doing a tutorial on fiore's spear techniques, i don't understand fiore's phrasing and i can't seem to find a good interpretation. on this video however, great work, thank you for repeating all the passes, it allows the viewer some time to watch footwork, spear placement, holding and whatnot, 5 stars
The term is Fenestra I believe. Crossed hands are from the other side. You'd see the difference if you chained the attacks.

You're supposed to hold hands crossed when in that guard position*, and with your spear straight forward, not downwards.
*The one while having your spear at head-height, beside you. (I'm terrible with terms.)

The first ones are fairly easy to control, but those crossed arm extensions can get away from you. When in doubt cover them up......
