he has good intentions, but is naive. most the things he mentions, growth of woman and literacy are good (but what in the world do you mean by growth of urbanization? is he against people in dahats?). even if iran had a perfect democracy, no human rights violations, and perfect civil society, the west, especially the US would not leave us alone, until we give up our independence, and only then let us 'join' the international community. proof? just look at what they did to mossadeq.
