When you concern yourself more with the category of what music is. You lose truth in what you really need to listen to. The band, the song .. the way it appeals to you. It is like looking at fine art, with a nice frame. Will you think more of the frame than the art? I hope not. If you do you need to reconsider why you attach yourself to the given medium.
