Ive played EQ2 for years now and have a great apppreciation for the game ...i can't recall ever having a problem i couldnt fix myself with a little effort...people will always bitch about something...SoE might not be the best company for serivce etc but EQ is god of modern mmos and EQ2 is still a great game, period

Another thing. Whenever you call to explain a problem YOUR EMPLOYESS DONT EVEN PLAY THESE GAMES. ITS A PAIN TRYING TO EXPLAIN aNYTHING WITHOUT SOUNDING LIKE A E-NERD. Understand what im saying?

i've also had really good CS from SOE playing eq1 and eq2. Of all the MMo's i've played they had the fastest response and actually tried to resolve the issues. There are some mmo's out there with 100 times worse CS *cough*warhammer*cough* 3 weeks without so much as a response.
