All skulls = full hayabusa, about 9/13 = *shoulders or body*, 6/13 = *body or shoulders*.

*I cant remember which, because i have all of them.*

You do not need the achievements relating to campaign. God DOESN'T anyone decide to go on like Halopedia for the armor? Hayabusa Chest is unlocked at 3 skulls, Shoulders at 6, All Skulls for the Helmet. There are 9 Gold, and 4 Silver. This has nothing to do with Security nor Katana.

so i have two skulls left they are the Cow Bell Skull (basically explosions are bigger) and the IWHBYD Skull (Rare Dialogue is unlocked like "This is Sparta") But the problem is for the Cow Bell skull when i go through the entire level of "The Ark" and grab the Grav-Lift i get to the skull location.. it's not there i play on Normal too! for the IWHBYD skull i do the whole code where you jump throught the rins and it doesn't work i've done: 4654534 and 456567541232721346754654534

Same thing happened with me with Rogue. I got Lieutenant and didn't get Spartan Officer; therefore, I didn't get my Rogue armor. I believe that when I got Lieutenant someone in my game was lagging totally fucking bad, and it's probably them that stopped me from getting the armor and achievement. I hate people who do this.
