  • hi im not into trains but i want to make some ho landscaping and have some cool ideas, what is it called if there are no trains involved? cool scenery!

  • does the layout have a functioning signal system? I noticed when the manifest passed the signal it went from green to red. Like the auto train

  • Yes. Mike didn't have a mid train resistor installed so when his engines cleared the block signal on the upper part of the loop, you can see the signal go yellow and then back to red when the caboose goes by the block. The caboose has a resistor installed in a wheelset and the current draw from the motors in the engines create the resistance needed to trigger the system.
