Thank you for taking time to follow up with me. This video is about the official offering from Cisco (the owners of Cisco IOS) on a hosted service that they control and sell. Perhaps this product, sold by Cisco, will assist students in finding a legal and ethical way to develop the skills needed for today's networks.
Again, thanks for the follow up. I appreciate your comments.
@Keith6783 Yeah I got the gist of it the first time around. I just had no idea there was an alternative to gns3 until I saw your video today. So a big thank YOU for taking the time to make videos. You rock!
They have the ICND labs priced at $50 for 25 hours, and the CCNP level labs at $75. That could be subject to change, but seems like a very aggressive price point. That is good news to students everywhere that need hands on practice.
Seems Cisco have finally realised the potential in virtual equipment, and depending on costs it may be more beneficial to use this service rather than running our own GNS boxes at home.

GNS3 R&S capability L2, L3 & MLS

@pctechtutor-
From all the labs I have seen, the switches have L3 capabilities, so we could do inter VLAN routing without an external router.

For CCNP, they have SWITCH AND TSHOOT labs, but no ROUTE labs yet. I wonder if the Switches are L3?

@mounirorfi-
The switches are great news indeed. Thanks for the comments.

These are online labs, and yes, they are available to UK customers.

Does anyone know if this is available to UK customers?
I ask as Im interested in using it for CCNP study, but also my University may be interested in using this for studying.

@MiamiRoach-
This is a product Cisco announced today, which is very interesting to many people. Cisco sells this lab service.
What is meant by your comment "(although legally questionable)"?

How much does this cost?
