  • I'm kind of a rookie to this, I play rugby (on the wing) and 1st XV starts in September and I'm tryna bulk up a little bit so I decided to get a gym membership and hit gym 3-4 times a week, concentrating on power for legs and strength for upper body. Which one would best suit me? What exactly do they do? I'm 6 ft and weigh 75Kg (almost 12 stone) My aim is to be like Monye in perhaps 2 years.

  • @BobbySaysSo Ugo uses Sports Vitamins, Viper Active, Viper Boost and Recovermax, as well as Maxi-Milk and Promax.

  • I use pro-10

  • hey im tryin to gain muscle and also lose some fat on my stomach to bring back a 6pac i once had, i go gym at least 4 times a week now for an hour, what product do you recommend would help for best results? btw im 12 stone and 5ft 10

  • @0owayneo0 - Losing fat and increasing muscle at the same time can prove to be quite difficult to achieve. To increase muscle size you need to consume more calories than you are burning each day. To lose fat you need to consume fewer calories than you are burning. .

  • @0owayneo0 - You should choose to either: build muscle while minimising fat gain or lose fat while preserving lean muscle. If you choose to build muscle whilst minimising fat gain I would recommend Cyclone and Thermobol. If you are going to concentrate on losing fat whilst preserving lean muscle then Promax and Thermobol would be the recommended products for you.

  • Pity its too expensive

  • @Mikez4 i agree

  • see the guy at beginning? black power!!

  • ISnt there any side effects to maximuscle? i herd sumfynk can happen to your kidney

  • @legend1211 - There are no expected side effects with using any Maximuscle supplement. However if you have any medical issues that could be relevant or intolerances, allergies, diabetes, or even medication you may be taking you must check suitability with your GP

  • Would it be worth buying more than one supplement, for example: progain extreme, recovermax and viperboost caps.. would using these three improve my workout instead of just using one? thanks in advance:)

  • Can anyone help me,i use maximuscle protein shakes, and cannot seem to avoid geting lumps of powder left when i mix it with milk?I've tried shaking,beating,whisking...do i have to put it in a blender to get no lumps?!

  • @mojo2oo9 - The best way to mix your protein is with water. They are different consistencies and milk is much thicker than water. When you mix with water the powder dissolves in the water, with milk, the milk dissolves into the powder which is why it is so hard to shake out the lumps. You could try a blender but this probably won’t be practical for everyday use. For the best results mix with water, it will be absorbed by the body faster.

  • @mojo2oo9 - If you are trying to improve taste or increase calories, why not try some high protein smoothies or flapjacks? Take a look at the recipes on our website under Articles / HIgh protein recipes for success – they are good examples of quick and easy to prepare high protein snacks that will add flavour and variety to your routine!

  • @mojo2oo9 milk first then powder works for me
