I was a store manager for Oreck for years and saw a lot of machines come in with cords chewed up and claw marks all over them - usually the bag - and the customer all too often wanted the company to replace it under warranty. nellie my b/c hates the things 2 it started with the little sweeper for getting crumbs up and has moved to vacume cleaner and really hates paper shredder
