@graemeislord Rudy left lots of DNA from sperm. Some people shed lots of DNA, a lot of people are not good shedders.Raffaele`s DNA was in the bedroom. His fingerprints were in many places in the cottage including one of the other girls bedrooms, only one of Amanda`s fingerprints was found in the cottage on a glass in the kitchen. Which is odd. I do not Know what happened that night, but Amanda`s story is strange and unbelievabe. I think there is something she has left out.

Absolutely no doubt in my mind as a forensic specialist that Amanda and the co-accused are guilty. If you read the case files this video is incorrect in many areas, there was a multitude of physical evidence at the scene placing Amanda and the co-accused there at the time of the murder or soon afterward.

I've asked countless people who believe Knox was the killer (And this is the prosecutions assertation by the way, Rudy just assisted!) why she left no DNA on the killer or in the room. How could she have been involved in such a horrendous murder and not have left a hair or be marked with blood. Of course the saddest part is Meredith, but why imprison two people wrongly?

@graemeislord This is kinda like the O.J simpson case where you know he had something to do with it but can't prove it.The Italians did not do a good job on handling this.I would have taken a differemt path and not just concentrated my efforts on just the three accused.My way would have been to detane the both of them under house arrest not to leave the country until further conclusive evidence was braught forward in order to convict them.

If u look at the home videos of AK for instance (the one by her sister tallking about flat and the other where she says "one and a half") u definitely notice something strange about her personality. @graemeislord Rudy left lots of DNA from sperm. Some people shed lots of DNA, a lot of people are not good shedders.Raffaele`s DNA was in the bedroom. His fingerprints were in many places in the cottage including one of the other girls bedrooms, only one of Amanda`s fingerprints was found in the cottage on a glass in the kitchen. Which is odd. I do not Know what happened that night, but Amanda`s story is strange and unbelievabe. I think there is something she has left out.

@travellingboy1 Raffaele's DNA was not in Meredith's bedroom, this is a fact. Yes it was found in other areas of the cottage, afterall he had been there many times! Another point on fingerprints, seemingly it is difficult to find the mass of prints you might expect for someone living in an enviornment, this is down to the fact people tend to smudge or wipe with their hands rather than make perfect prints.

The chances of it being on the gloves are extremely unlikely,but puts reasonable doubt on the evidence.This case is truely baffleing from the prosecuteror and police behaviour to Amanda and Raffaelle`s strange and unbelievable account of what happened. I cant see how anyone can come to a firm conclusion on guilt or innocence.

This bra clasp was left on the floor for 47 days. Cross contamination is more than likely as determined by the forensic experts.Whats more baffling is the lack of physical evidence from Amanda and Raffaele at the crime scene, still nobody can answer my question

It was not completely discredited, it was ruled inadmissable because of the remote chance of contamination by the gloves of the Italian forensics team. @graemeislord The appeal against conviction was successful because the DNA was not 100% reliable.Raffaelle`s DNA was on the bra clasp I have seen no evidence saying there were 12 other peoples DNA on the clasp. If a crime scene investigators DNA was on the clasp that proves that the investigator handled the clasp.Nothing else.

I think given the circumstances of how the clasp was left on a dirty floor for that long and the fact that the DNA from Rafaelle was such a low copy that contamination is more than likely. But it's important to focus on why is that the only trace of his DNA from him? If he committed that crime he would have left allot more than that, like Rudy did

The police called Raffaelle and said could he come to the station for some more questions.After dinner he went and Amanda tagged along. The interview started at 10-40am,just after midnight he admitted he lied for Amanda. They then questioned Amanda about this and after 2am she blamed Patrick. She was then a serious suspect.

There does exist a semen stain found on one of Meredith's pillow, but in the true spirit of a botched investigation they never tested! Bravo. I'm not sure I agree Amanda's story is strange. I think it's more strange that there is no physical evidence linking Knox or Sollecito to the crime scene, nobody has been able to offer anything substantial for me on that thus far

But the flip side of it is, lets say a huge injustice has occured (which I feel did) after some time you would be pretty angry that not only four years were taken from you, but you were railroaded, accused of killing your friend, labeled a seductress cold hearted killer etc etc. I wouldn't hold my breath on that book. Before taking the time to really get stuck in to this case I assumed the authorities could not have fucked up so badly and would not be able to convict without just cause. Her false confession bothered the hell out of me, but false confessions are not uncommon and many people have been convicted of crimes due to giving a false confession under coercion. It's important to focus on the physical evidence here.

The prosecution tried anything they could to try and make this their smoking gun. Even suggesting Amanda carried around as 'protection'.
