@Venue0309 Not as much as you think. You lose 0.1 seconds without the blocks and a little more because you had to yank your feet out of the holes you dug. (I'm so old, I dug holes in high school!) I'd say the lack of blocks cost Jesse maybe 0.15 seconds. The cinder track another 0.15, the baggy uniform 0.04, and the old spikes with long spikes and leather bottoms another 0.1. That's -0.49, so his PR of 10.30 would have been 9.81 today.
