  • I also resisted the indent, but it was necessary to ensure precise and repeatable cue ball placement. We filmed close-up shots with the high-speed camera, and the indent (which we made as small as possible to barely hold the cue ball) does not seem to have any noticeable effect. Now, if the cue were elevated, the indent might have more of an effect.

  • I gues the essence of the project is phisics.

    With regard of the phisics does the indent need to be a perfect cirkel?

    The vid. squirt & swerve revisited there is a suspicion about the amount of mass in front of the cue has an effect on the amount of squirt.

    What do you think about that?
