  • This guy reminds me of Ben Stiller

  • @Allina277 might take me a while to answer though my computer broke so cant check often but will do my best. :)

  • @Allina277 I bet you can do it you just need a good friend. Ive been struggling with it my whole life but I'm much happier now even still overweight. There's so much more to life. Feel free to send me a message on YouTube whenever you need a friend. Remember your weight is not who you are, and there are a million other more important things that make you beautiful. :)

  • @iheartshit Hi! I'm sorry I didn't even know that you responded to my post hehe. But thanks so much for your reply. An online friend will definitely help if you're still willing to do so. I know that there is so much more to life but my self esteem is non existent right now. I want it back but I feel that my weight plays a part. But I would love to have a friend online to talk to.

  • very goodddddd

  • I'v gotten to the point where i just want to die. I've tried so hard and given up, i've asked for help and there's no one around. But the thing is i'm not even that fat, i lost around 80 pounds but i gained back a lot and that gave me very low self esteem. I just don't want to go on any longer. I haven't been happy since 17 and i'm now 28 still struggling with my weight that refuses to come off. Eating healthy and exercise just doesn't seem to help like it does for other people.

  • @Allina277 hang in there you can do it

  • @marcusflair68 thanks, i'll try. It's just so frustrating most of the time.

  • I wanna lose weight, how to i do it Jorge. Oh...but on a budget. Not dirt cheap because i eat quality foods but not to expensive.

  • @Allina2774 grill chicken, spicey foods are good for you, make salsa all the time, fish, beef, any meat grilled, i lost 100lbs, but gained 30lbs back cuz i had 5 teeth and kinda stopped doin excercise cuz of my healing process. I think if you want to lose weight bad enought, you can do it. I mean I bought a scale, food scale as well, blender bottles, gym clothes, a grill, but im a guy, but walking is key too, im not just gonna do the belly cure diet, gym too for me tho.

  • @swapREEByumyum I really do want to lose it bad enough and I've tried and succeeded, than I crashed and burned. I lost 80 pounds and I was so happy and proud of myself than I gained back 40 pounds and no i'm paranoid about gaining it all back. I exercise like everyone says and I eat super healthy like everyone says and nothing is coming off. I went to get my thyroid checked and it was fine. Maybe I'm not working out hard enough, I just don't know what to do anymore. How did you lose 100 congrats

  • @Allina277 well how did you gain it back?? its something you do to change your life not really for the moment. I did gain 30 back but took it off again plus 15 more so right now im at 115lbs lost. Again I just wasted money on things I wanted, ive been taking info from books, like the hidden truths about losing weight they dont want you to know, i take the stairs all the time, i quit smoking and drinking, sorta. But I do eat well and now eat greens which is very weird for me.

  • @swapREEByumyum Well, after i gained back about 10 pounds (and that was when I was trying to lose more weight) I got angry at myself and depressed because I had no idea how I gained while following a diet plan and exercising so hard. So I gave up but it wasn't for long.I continued to exercise and tried eating as healthy as possible but I just kept gaining. So now I've gained back about 50 pounds so far. I went to the doctor to have a thyroid check and it was good. But he said he couldn't help.

  • @swapREEByumyum Part 2: I'm just a little over 200 pounds and 5'6" so I don't see why he turned me away. It seems the harder I worked out the more weight I lose but I don't know what workouts to do and how long. Whenever I lose just a little weight I gain it back without trying. Basically I do everything right but it seems to backfire. If it's not my thyroid than there's something I'm doing wrong and I just don't know what it is.

  • Send me your material !

    Thanks : Margarita

  • i think it works...cuz i reduce my sugar intake to 15-20 grams per day..and my belly is flatter than it was before within a week.

  • belly fat bull shit.....reduce calories=lose weight,add calories = add weight..simple and true

  • this guy is awesome! very motivating

  • im sorry i think he is too thin

  • @Frisou277 that's his style, he doesn't like muscles and being bulked, but he is not fat

  • I have never seen such crap. Who is this guy. Those aren't secrets. There is no secret to losing belly fat. Here is a fact. The US is becoming fatter and fatter. Do you think these so called experts have any idea what they are talking about...NO! It is about making money not the health of the individual. This guy spends minutes on gloating over his success with the Today show or the Tyra Banks show. This is simply emberassing. Why do these experts try to sugarcoat the truth.

  • FBF1968you are so right its all about money and fame to him if there was a secret he would be able to tell us all a plan of what to eat all week and you will lose so much weight.exercise you fat lazy gits

  • why was she with dennis rodman? thats os random

  • GOD, your ugly

  • wut about his ugly

  • So, how must you burn it? By starving yourself my best guess? I mean I don't think i'm fat, but I have fat. Ya get me?

  • simply do what bodybuilders do. They eat many small portions through out the day. It keeps the body digesting and that uses calories as well. And you exercise. Weight training is good because the muscle burns the fat.

  • if i dont eat, my stomach is flat. If i do, that's another story. I find that kegels help my stomach too.

  • There isn't any way to target fat on one part of the body. If you want to stop being a fattie whompus it's called diet and exercise. Stop eating junk and start working out, that's the bottom line. By the way, that's free... you'll end up saving money actually.

  • portion control actually.

  • no, it's calories. Bottom line.

  • lmao. so you're saying that if you pig out and completely binge that your stomach will not stretch!? Your stomach is like an elastic.. the more you eat, the more it stretches duh! portion control, portion control, portion control. Our stomachs are only the size of our fists. That's how much we should be eating. NOT restaurant size portions. Educate yourself!

  • An over filled stomach has nothing to do with belly fat. If you want to get rid of fat you simply have to burn more calories than you eat. You can't target belly fat.

  • belly fat and a stretched belly go hand in hand. You can eat 2 big salads for lunch and you would have a fat stomach. Trust me.. i'm living proof. You CAN target certain body parts but only to a certain extent. I think that's what you mean to say.

  • What the hell, did you just get back from the special Olympics or something? Body FAT and a "stretched" belly have NOTHING to do with each other. You can tone muscle UNDER fat and it might look smaller but you still have the same amount of fat over top of your stomach. To get rid of fat you have to cut and burn calories. You cannot target body parts for reducing fat, fat is lost evenly over the entire the body. Some areas, like the belly and hips naturally carry more fat.

  • ok whatever.. you're not paying attention. You can have muscle but still fat covering up your stomach. This argument is stupid.

  • but it's true! Sumo wresters are strong AND fat, and look how big they are!

  • Fitness people say that targeting abs actually makes you bigger without burning the calories because one is placing muscle under the fat

  • Yes, that's true to some degree but the only when someone does a lot of load bearing ab exercises. If you're only lifting your own body weight this typically won't be an issue.

  • Funny screen name...LMAO.

  • Fuck you

  • Jorge plz how can i get it i live in the uk...please reply.
