....You cant run hdmi through YPbPr..? You can only run hdmi through hdmi or its not high definition. Thats like watching a HD film on 2" screen, you can only fit so much information through those cables.

The ANA chip can only display upto 1080i through component so theres your problem switch your tv to 1080i or 720p(not much difference between the 2 really). Only the HANA chipsets can display 1080p through the HDMI cable.
The E74 error can also occur because of the Disc Drive, I know because its happened to me before.

may not be because of the pennys, try a friends AV cable, or a different composite slot on your TV, might work.

not sure if this is anything to do with the graphics being like that but you have it set to 1080 which is ultra hd and i dont tihnk the 360 is capable at running on that level
