I can vouch for the KSG. It's a great gun, just needs some getting used to. I think with range or damage + grip it is the closest thing you can get to MW2 Spas. Definitely not as good as MW2 shotguns but still good. Best of all, it's extremely fun to use.

Meh, the AA-12 is still in the category of terrible shotguns until you get at least range for it. The Striker can fire just barely slower and get one shot kills at distances where the AA-12's bullets don't even reach.

@Cream234 He did mention that his team was coordinated, so I am assuming he was telling his team NOT to pick them up until he called in his MOAB. I was thinking the same thing (about the team not picking it up) and figured that they just weren't picking it up on purpose. Helps to keep the game going when you're that close.

Just saying it again, the E. Mag glitch for the Striker still hasn't been fixed for me. I tried it out on Private Match and the Striker still spews out 7-9 pellets with Extended mags. I'm a PS3 user, if that makes a difference. I'd like to know where you guys find this patch information since I'm quite oblivious to game updates X_X

i dont mean to sound like a hater max, but i just don't like when commentators on youtube post moabs that i feel aren't legit. once you guys had 60 tags i was pretty clear they weren't picking tags up just to wait for you to get the moab. reminds me of a video where wingsofredemption had his teammate kill himself with a grenade next to wings just so he can pick up his gun and keep camping for the moab.

Ive only ever played MW2 a little bit so please forgive me but what exactly is a prestige? I always heard people talking about it but never could figure out what it is.

Basically when you hit the level cap of 80 you can prestige which allows you to go back to level one and get to 80 again. However you lose you lose all your stuff. But prestiging gives certain benefits such as exclusive titles and emblems, more custom class slots, and bragging rights.

Been using KSG since the game came out. Pre-patch its range was pretty good. I found range profiency to be most effective. Hopefully it's more consistent at close range now.

But anyways, Max, the KSG 12 is amazing. I started using it a little bit before the patch came out and while it can be troubling to use at first, it can get the job done. And it becomes 20x better once you unlock damage for it.

for those who want to level up the shotguns I highly recomand playing hardcore tdm. as we all know your health is lower on hardcore but low enough to be killed by shotguns that do not have damage.

Hey Max, I sold my copy of MW3 recently but I'll still be watching your vids! And you're right about the MK14, the highest scores I ever got in this game were in the 40s (kills) and they were with that gun. It's also really fun to use.

Woah Max try the KSG out for yourself, Its a pain in the ass to level it but it is definatly worthg the wait with damage or range the thing is a beast if you use it correctly. I wouldnt listen to all the bad stuff people say about it until you try it out. No one shows it the love it deserves. KSG is a nasty gun.

@MrCervixPounder The KSG does not suck now it since the patch it gain more pellet's then the Spas-12 which mean's it does way more damage then the spas-12 and when you get extended mags on the KSG it has more ammo in then the spas so it completely outclasses the Spas-12 in every way the only thing going good for the Spas-12 is it has a little more range then the KSG it's still a better shotgun then the Spas-12

Don't get your hopes up Max. The KSG still isn't that good. I've had it with Damage and Extended Mags a few times, and it still isn't good. The only thing this patch does is make the road to damage not as painful.

Problem with shotguns is that 70% of every level is just outside their effective range and with lag SMGs kill just as fast with better range and no risk of missing that first shot.

i would tell u to use damage on the shotguns that are pump action (ksg spaz and model) because u really need the first shot to kill or else ur probably going to lose the gun fight , the aa-12 u can argue damage or range , but the usas and the striker are better with range
