@FearLancer2 In a gang you normally buffer a Mega and then use remote reps. With only 4 mids the Mega cannot keep the cap up with two active reps running.

With active reps if the other gang's dps beats your tank then you will go down really quickly - with a buffer this problem is removed. For very small or solo work an active tanked mega can work but otherwise always buffer it.

If you really want to active tank then look at the Domi (more mids) or Hype (rep bonus)

ALL blasterboats should run mwd scram and a web imo , your damage is too short range to rely on anyone else to provide you with tackle and the ability to get in range fast :D

I dont get Mega pilots who dont run a mwd , to not do so id silly all you need is a medium cap booster and 90% of the time the cap booster is only needed for bursts of the mwd :D

I even run a mwd on my abaddon and she can overheat to 900m/s with 300,000 ehp 80,000 armor tank :P

with the large hybrid weapon range bonus, its kind of a good ship to snipe, so a mwd is not needed every time (though i like the blaster mega more personally)

Megathron has tracking bonus not range bonus, you're thinking of the Rohk possibly.

We could not focus fire due to who had aggression. We had originally been the canflippers. Only I had full aggro from everyone - like I always do :)
