Hey Qb would love to see how you do this as a recruiting appointment, or if it was set up as an interview with someone. How do u close it at the end? Man u r really helping my business- thanks a million
@jalvarez2020 That's the way I do it regardless of how it's set up. That's the simplicity of it... whether it's a product presentation or recruiting it's the same presentation and same close.
If they heard about the company ask questions- gather info. What was it they heard and when? If it was positive then full steam ahead. If it wasn't positive then get to the root of the issue and explain that each office is independently owned and operated so they need to hear it from you. And if it was more than a month ago, let them know that with all the technological changes announced at the Atlanta Convention that it's practically a new company. As with all scenarios- ask questions.
