Whoa, thats amazing. Do you think the lap that they run was the first time that the car did the course? or would it have been able to calculate the road surface to know where the limit is? 2 people in the car would be worth much more than a second on a course like that... with the limited room for any under steer combined with the 80kg extra being dragged around the tight corners.
Either way, amazing piece of machinery!

I guess the car's computer couldn't calculate for understeer and 2 humans. Now had that been a 4WD vehicle I think it would have beat a human driver.
