Ford owned Jaguar from 1999-2008 but it was still produced in England in either Birmingham or Liverpool. Eventually they shared certain components such as some Jag models sharing the same chassis as the Ford Thunderbird and Lincoln LS along with other parts. By the way Ford also owns Land Rover and Volvo cars. They also owned Aston Martin which they sold off in 2007. Ford is no slouch.
@Nk1skills exactly. the AJv8 is ford made i beleive. i think people are just mad that an american car manufacturer had its hands all over their vehicles. its ok though. we in america loves u europeans n asians. thats why we give ya a lil helping hand now n then
@extracredit100 haha helping hand my ass have you heard of the subdivision of Ford called ford europe? xD
they produced the V8 for jag at that point cz they bought jaguar years ago and sold it anw my point is ford europe is based in germany so it is german engineering with american money my friend so once again europe does not need help when it comes to car engineering and now that you brought up the asians tell me one american car manufacturer that can build a better engine than a honda Vtec xD
lol yeah i try that and kinda work lol but yeah my jag after i dog it idk why i turn it of and after 30 min i will let me start the car again in between the 30 idk why it wont start lol gots to get that check
hey guys is there any major problems with these cars ? cause my mom bought it a jaguar type s 2003 and she is worry about that parts are expensive is somethings happends. The car was only like 13.000 $ but man that car is beautiful. love the way it looks
Expensive or overpriced? They are way overpriced, if you can find a trustful mechanic to do your work for you it will save you a lot of money! You bring these cars in the shop and money signs pop up like lightbulbs above the shop managers head!
