ya iam from canada and we were down there in the mornig of the tornado and when we got the other side (the canada side we had heard it had hit rolla on the radio) my family was involed in a tornado in the summer of 2007 and it had flatend the whole yard and thwy still dont have the shop rebuild

Ya, last summer when the sirens went off during the tornado at metigoshe, i was in my basement, so it wasn't until my friend that i talked to though xbox said "did you hear the sirens go off" did i know what was going on. It was pretty scary the second time they went off.

Yah it was a cell phone. They used it on KMOT too. The meterologist asked for permission, so its all good. It was classified as an F3 tornado too, which is pretty huge for ND.

There was a guy that got injured seriously! He has spinal injurys and broke his pelvic bone! His house was took by the tornado and his basement wall fell on him! He works with my mom...God be With the familys of him and others whom where impacted by the Tornado!

Yah i believe he was a Martell, he was air lifted to Minot. Hope he is ok. The other injury was a firefighter whose truck got tossed into a pole. He was bruised and needed some stitches but i believe is out of the hospital and doing ok.

it wasn't this tornado but the other one near hillsboro i was chasing, me and my dad arrived to late to see the actual tornado but we got to see a funnel cloud for like 2 minutes then the warning was canceled. and that is some sweet footage you got there

Yah i'm glad everyone is alright. Afterwards when you see the damage it did to the trees and to some of the houses, its amazing no one was seriously hurt. Big props to the emergency vehicles that were out in full force before the tornado even reached town.

Great Video..this did a lot of damage, but at least no serious injury's. I trailed this thing from its start all the way to Rocklake, and then to Calvin east of Rock Lake. There where many that touched down, just spartic damage all over Rolette county, but the most serious was in Rolla.

People really need to learn that a Tornado Siren means stay in ur house and seek shelter, NOT come out side, stand or drive around, and get in the way of emergency responders and get hurt by debris. But everything is getting taken care off, besides the circus of media reporters that is...LOL
