What a brilliant tune! i love discovering hidden gems like this.

Toni Daly is the one singing and she is the image of the girl you see on the stage. It was 45 years ago when I knew Toni or Antoinette Daly as she was known then. She is now Toni Baxter and lives in Southend Essex. She sings Jazz in her husbands band.I gave her a ride on my Vespa and took her to the pictures. At the time she was still at school ( St Bernards Convent Westcliff).and probably 14 years of age.She was certainly an atractive girl with long dark hair.

what a voice, what a babe, a seen this film very young, maybe mixed up is this the film someone cuts bodies up in a bath, remember scissors being used, may be a totally different film though

Indeed it's this movie with cissors and a bath. And the singing girl known as Toni Daly is actually Dani Sheridan , the mother of Nicolette Sheridan (from Desperate Houswife) who after this movie played a small part in "On her majesty's service". Later in that great movie 'The Sorcerers' she is strangled by Ian Ogilvy. Cult movie!
