beautiful recipe... thank u... but there is no reason to peel the cucumbers ( the skin is great as long as its organic and not waxed) and be careful of 'baby' carrots... they are really carrot pieces (the broken of bits) that are shaved into that shape... they often use an unhealthy solution to keep them from getting discolored..

This looks delicious and healthy too. I want to try it. Yours had a lot more ingredients in it than mine did. It just shows how versatle Quinoa is. I haven't tried the sprouted one yet. It's vegan too so you should add "vegan" as one of your tags to help Vegans find it easier. 5*****
