  • You know what, it's been a year and things couldn't be better. Believe it or not, I started running again in June of last year and am training to a run a half marathon in March of this year. I run 4 times per week. Also, I moved into the gym in October and started doing light weights and circuit training and now due lifting workouts weekly. Besides soreness from scar tissue around the incision areas, no problems. I'm still VERY careful - especially with doing weight work. Hang in there!
