@ak24ek13 I saw the fight dude...Tyrone looked all water mass (creatine) and high bodyfat %, Not so much dry lean muscle mass. He is still about 90 kilo of real lean muscle. He just ate a lot and drank a lot to BUFF UP...overeem is like 109 PURE FUCKING MUSCLE. it's a big difference. But Tyrone is going to get there....for sure next year he will be a good opponent. I am not sure that he wants to stay at this weight..he is realising that those guys do hit freaking hard...

@glassjaw890 lets be straight. his weight was 76,then 86 then 90+ in 2 years.he's still agile and fast.so he's taking someking of steroids.still its hard to gain weight how he trains,still bow to him for what he acomplishes.in the K1 tournament he was only 89kg.they had to pull strings to get him in ass heavyweight.the 1st round VS overeem he had him 99% sure.2nd round he backed off,dunno why.i watched it 4 times.no blow that could given injusry.he just started offf and wasn't like 1st round.

@moonabys That's nonsense, gaining weight is easy. Gaining weight in pure muscle is hard. But if you see this video, compared to his K1 fight with Overeem, you can see Spong swapped his sixpack for a bit of a belly and looked far less muscular.

I'm not saying he's in bad shape mind you, he did great, but it's obvious that he gained more fat as he gained weight.
