I was so happy when my voice changed way back when. It was always so embarrassing as a young boy to get called "miss" or even "ma'am" by some random on the telephone. The cruelest indignity of them all.
Don't recall being able to make it crack on cue when it was changing though, but then I wasn't a Brady.
Is it me or does it seems like the Brady girls are dressed up pretty slutty? Not that I mind. In fact, I thought it was pretty hot when I first saw it back in the late 1970s.
What I think was funny about this was that during the whole show they inferred that this was the most embaressing change boys go through. This change is nothing. What about all those 50 gazillion out of nowhere erections at competely NOT the right time.
@somewhatlongdong yeah, best recording by a fictitious tv pop group. but competition was intense. they just barely edged out the partridge family, the banana splits, & josie & the pussycats.
@creativsis thats cause this episode is when his voice changes and they thought they culdnt sing the song since he culdnt sing high notes with squeaking
@TheSouthernSunshine1 But the episode had to do with Peter's voice changing (I can't believe I know that!). That's how the big dilemma was solved - by composing this song and incorporating his vocal cracking. Cheers!
It's on the album The best of the Brady bunch, I'm sure. Look at Marcia throughout the video. She has a crush on Greg. Greg and Marcia shared their first kiss in the Hawaiian episodes of Season 4.
awe....so very lovely...one of the best after schools tv shows on tv.....i thank you dearly..both me and my sister always love the brady bunch......great upload.......

Of the six, only Barry Williams (Greg) and Maureen McCormick (Marcia) really do sing.

The pubescent Peter's dissonant tones made the Brady Singers' rendition of "Time to Change" most noteworthy and apropos. Take that, naysayers!

It was so cool when they won a Grammy for this.

I LOVE IT! But I don' t think they should have done that really weird voice for Peter. They should have just let him sing.

"don't fight the tide, go along for the ride". Marcia: "The same is true for voices when boys begin to grow". I found the correct lyrics! Yay!
