Smart move staying away from OCR---some people love them, but I find their "remixes" to be annoying because they depart way too far from the source material. Covers should be faithful and make good use of the original work, something OCR remixes just don't do. Stuff like this, and the PHOENIX Project's Chrono Trigger soundtrack, are much more fun to listen to because they capture the nostalgia factor.

Thanks for the compliment, but I won't : I've already submitted two works to OCR in the past and although they were accepted, most of my song do not fit at all OCR's guidelines about how a "ReMix" should be (my songs are not really "ReMixes" but rather arrangements for live performance, they are often too short or stick too close to the source material). So instead of letting OCR influence my way of arranging my works, I just decided to do without them.

The arrangement is epic, but "killer pawn"? Where did that title come from?

Someone said before that I was good at choosing lame titles and he was probably right. "Killer pawn" is just a reference to Mega Man himself, being the little thing that is about to make the whole Wily plan collapse. Like a pawn in chess games, that is not the strongest pieces but is still enough to bring a turn over.
