  • Bro you are such a badass dummer its awesome but i was wondering where did get or learn or you drum licks from? thanks dude

  • i put a"down " thumb for the camera angle the solo is great!

  • damn bru dat shyt tight as hell

  • tight indeed

  • very tight hi-hat...love the chops

  • This is "butterfly" by Herbie Hancock on "Thrust." That album is an absolute necessity!

  • Great job! :)

  • Yo Damm what these other guys are talking bout man do you z money do you! enjoyed your vision on the joint! 4 Real!

  • zmoney, i dont care that you avoid every message i send you, your one of my favorite drummers and this video is just insane

  • dude is killin

  • travis cant even pull this off....

    travis sucks...

  • he sucks balls yet he has signature sticks and drums which all sound like his shit. the most ridiculous thing i've seen is travis barker swizzle sticks... jesus now that's sad

  • Butterfly by Herbie Hancock.

  • Busy? You mean that he didn't play in time? Then you must have no clue about rhytmhs.. I love your stuff, Zmoney. You are a professional, you have found your own voice and i'm hoping to find mine in the future. Check out my drumsolo if you like :)

  • the time is fine.. no i meant strech it out a little more.. legthen the fills, especially the ones toward the end of the solo..

  • fool, it's chris dave. one of his signiture things is to not play in time. purposely. and it's not even a poly rythym thing.

  • you mean like time signature?

  • i meant "show off youre skills, do that over an extended period of time" slow down.. get in to so reggie-one drop .. take your time

  • ya and what i was saying was that is not the style of drumming. Chris Dave is all about doing stuff very similar to this. Chris Dave is all about chops, not about building up the solo.

  • like that it's gonna be unrealized.. but whatever.. speed metal!!!!

  • actually im sorry i don't mean to flood your thread.. but i think afro-cuban, like songo could be good for ya.. youre fucking good dude..

  • awsome!! it's very tasty!!

  • its tim for u to send of some endorsment videos

because ur way better than some dudes that are endorsed cuz there in a band

  • so good men, everythings perfect!!!

  • great playing man... very nice loop

  • bra I take what i said back! good job dude

  • Its Butterfly, by Herbie H. Nice

  • That sounds real nice and in control, great job

  • mans got it goin on, this groove is from butterfly by herbie, on a headhunters album and The Experiment covered it, thats a dope version too. keep killin it

  • Say bro you are nice, but please try to experiment and create your own style...You have alll the necesities now just make the sound your own

  • I appreciate the comment, but I feel like I am already in the process of creating my own style. I am greatly influenced by Chris Dave obviously but that doesn't mean I take every lick he does and copy it note for note. I take after his ideas and try to make them my own. That's just my outlook.

  • I feel what you are saying totally. In the world of music you will find lot's of times artist don't listen to there style or what they play...Common does'nt listen to Hiphop because he is steadily reinventing himself...When you listen to a style or artist for too long you become only that...I'm saying you are good as hell no matter any color, but to get to the next chamber try not listening to drummer's...

  • Hah I definitely feel what you are saying as well actually. I know what you're saying. I think thats good advice. I'm responding a little late I know.

  • No problem brah! Keep killing them damn drums!

  • @SANKOFA1 ur right and wrong at the same time. i've grown more in the last year than i have in the 22 years i've been playin drums due to the fact that i've explored different styles on the drums and observed countless drummers. watching other instruments will give you an understanding of music and nuances in music, but it won't necessarily help you improve on drums. however, too many drummers get caught up and don't study different styles, which becomes their downfall. good point tho

  • i luv yur videos, man!
