@CaringIsCreepy7 I know, but the idea was. Some of the CIS Leaders had somehow managed to escape Lord Darth Vader's Efforts to wipe them out. When the Interdimensional rifts were formed, the CIS Discovered the Covenant and covertly made a deal with them. While the UNSC Marines and the Elites allied with Star Trek, Babylon 5, the Rebel Alliance and Freedom Fighters.

Try not to let any companies know that the original Clone Wars and certain parts were spliced out.

I really, really, really don't want to seem mean or annoying, but the idea of Trade Federation ships having the appearance of Covenant ships didn't play out well in my mind.

That was a very low quality USS-Voyager. Believe me when I say I've seen better. For instance the Intrepid-X Class Star ship ISS-Arkangel in the Star Trek Fan film series Dark Frontier written by tripplefiction. That version of the Intrepid has the extra weapons Voyager had in the episode Living Witness plus a third Warp Nacelle.
