Great show guys. I have a question though: how important is it for an environment artist to have the ability to draw concept art? How much of a value add is it, if the art is good? And further, is it worth improving at drawing concept art /sketches/designing at the expense of potentially compromising the improvement of the standard env artist skillset?

Loving these casts, it was cooler 'astmosphere' having Jon actually in studio. Though I think those beers helped too.
