The world is full of corrupt policies and those that make them for their personal profits. Prohibition has always been 'the problem' not the use of those items banned. In the USA we have our bill of rights which details the illegality of prohibiting intoxicants but policy state has no ears for the truth. They enumerated "intoxicating" and "liquors" which the ninth amendment describes as the open legal right to use all intoxicants, for "the people" retain them regardless of a policy.

isnt this all common knowledge anyway? for anyone who didnt think that dealers and police were hand in hand must have been wearing blinkers and with their heads in the sand!
