Noiseblocker produces one of the best fans, have a search for 120mm Fans and compare power with noise

it causes the fans to decrease (witch it dose, cuz it happned to mine already) but the TS spins faster then the stocks when the stock fans were full speed. but it sucks out the hot air anyways so meh as long as its working, im fine with it.. but i do think the 3 rings is caused by the fans not working, so......

if i was really really desperate (witch i really am :P), i would replace the stock fans with the whispermax fans, and i want one that glows red. but i don't know how to replace i......
