It's Paul Mitchell, and three shampoo bottles or w/e with a belt tied around them. Some of the other Paul Mitchell people haev taht same thing just on the uniform legs now. He's the only one I've seen w/ that on the back.

Just to add to that, the shampoo bottles on the back is a very old school Paul Mitchell logo. JPM members were wearing those logos back in the early 90's when the team was first established. I remember Gabe Reynaga wearing that logo as well as Valera.
