Ron Micheli answers Rita Meyer's question on how he would handle the state budget

Micheli is the only candidate running on conservative principles and the only candidate that espouses Wyoming values of freedom and independence. Meyer, Mead, and the others would just be yes men to the federal government and offer the status quo at the state level. I would like to see Wyoming quit rolling over for every new federal mandate and I think Micheli's idea for zero based budgeting is a good one.
