The place to apply for the license is the County Probate Court in your county of residence. Documents required are Photo ID and Proof of Residency (a Georgia Drivers License usually covers both requirements). I recently just bought a Kel Tec PF-9, so right now I keep it in my pocket everywhere I go. As for the xd: Ive heard great things, and if your system can handle the size, go for it. I wear sweatpants, my choices are limited... hahaha
