  • Man, do you always go balls to the wall? Either way- the area looks really nice. Where is it?

  • @BattyBitz Thanks for the comment. Its about 3hrs away from Tokyo.

  • @bubba3ld Oh snap! I didn't think you were in Japan. How's the riding there?

  • @BattyBitz Not much open space or place to ride compare to your country. but its fun inough to ride around :)

  • @bubba3ld Awesome man. As long as you can ride that's all that matters!

  • your a fucking maniac!

  • 何度見ても異次元すぎます・・・汗

    神様と呼ばせて下さいw

  • @voveee コメントありがとうございます。過大評価ですが、たいへん嬉しく思います。

  • Nice riding, bubba. The mods you did sure give the WR a lot more grunt. About how much weight did the bike lose after you removed the stock exhaust and other stuff?

  • I bought one of these wr250r a year back, Was due to licence restrictions, Still have it sitting outside. Was thinking about putting a different exhaust on it, A wrf one sounds like a good idea. Nice vid man, Glad to see you actually riding it. Only way to go, Hold it open and hold on...Did u notice much of a difference with the WRF exhaust?

  • life is short ride hard!i want one of these!

  • Wow nice vid man :D hope you make more cause I have fun watching these :) cheers

  • MAN you can ride that 250r, i got the same but ride like a granny compared to you!!

How did u learn to corner like that?? i always slip out too far then end up facing the wrong way if i corner too fast?!? any tips?! lol

  • @beansofsteel Thank you for the nice comment. There are not much to say how to ride but, one thing for the safety. "Slow in Fast out ". Good luck and Ride safe man!

  • jeez that guy on the yamaha can ride! he must go through a rear tire a month.

  • hey goood vid man!!! wich exhaust do you use?? thx

  • @lukeluke9494 I have YZ250F muffler on my WR250R.

  • @bubba3ld did you have to calibrate the injection or something after installing the new muffler? I have the same bike and I was looking for a leovince x3, many people said that is necessary to calibrate after installing a new muffler, what did you do to your bike? is that true?

  • @lordn3m3sis Yes it gets better when you calibrate the injection, but if you haven't touched the airbox then doesn't make much difference.

  • Wow you really smoked that KLX250s, was the Kawa modified or is it stock

  • @ccc0mb0IIIIIIbReakeR KLX? do you mean that red bike drag racing with me? Thats a CRF250X wich is enduro version of CRF250R.

  • @bubba3ld thanks for clearing that up, was with CRF250X modded or stock?

  • @jonutarr CRF250X engine is stock but muffler has chenged.

  • I cant believe how good this little 250 sounds! simply awesome, keep it up bubba....

  • @kennyMoto650 Thanks!

  • What a crack!

  • Your a little squirly and you shouldn't your leg that in the turns.

  • notice it doesnt say 250 on it, it is NOT a 250cc bike

  • @rah93012 You're an idiot.

The only other Yamaha off-road bikes with a headlight are the 450F and the 250F, both of which have a shroud covering the exhaust and a vent tube in the gas cap. Neither are street-able (in most areas) or come with tail lights and blinkers either.

The gas tank is a different shape and aside from the vent tube, the gas cap is a different shape as well. Watch this guy's first video and you will see shots of these things up close.

He is just a damned good rider.

  • Thats the thing i love about my wr250r is that it has such great power output and can do anything the wr250f can do as well as having better on road capabilities. Only when it gets really tough does the wr250f pull ahead just that little bit :)

  • beautiful riding your good. even though it seemed like you almost lost it a couple times, but you handled her like a pro. im looking into buying one of these for a road bike possibly in a few years. it seems like a good choice over any other dual sport in the market now.

  • @brandonc0123 Thanks for nice comment and Yes this is best offer for 250cc dual sports bike from Japanese market now. Thanks again for watching!

  • PS.. I've got to say Bubba... even though I have a KX500.... watching someone that rides aggressive like myself myself rip it up on this little WR250R.... and the fact that it's street legal... you've got me seriously desiring one again. If you don't mind me asking... about how much do you weigh? I'm only asking because I'm a little heavier now and I'm trying to be realistic in my expectations of what this bike can do.

  • @TheGDizzo I weigh about 176lb. Ok you have to understand wr250r doesn't run like wr250f. It's not racing bike. but, if you compair with other japanese street legal 250cc dirt bikes, this is good to choose I think. Good luck!

  • nice riding.... how close are you to the edge riding like that? 90%? Do you come off much?

  • @tosgem I say 80% on this video. Usualy ride around 70% on trail.

I try not to scratch my bike as possible but, I fall 3 or 4 times in these 2 years scince I bought.

  • Have you done anything aftermarket to the suspension? If no... how have you adjusted the suspension settings? Seems that everybody says the stock suspension doesn't have enough rebound damping and that they have to set it to max.

  • @TheGDizzo Thats exactly right about stock suspension. Im still waiting for ohlins to line up for WR250R

  • Love the bike, I will be buying one in a few weeks. What mods have you done to your bike besides exhaust and power programmer? Different rear sprocket? Different tires? Thanks

  • @sudburyfitness Yes, thats about it! Just when you chenge the tires, make sure to chenge into Hard tubes and of course Bead Stopper must be installed.

  • @bubba3ld alright thanks a lot. I can't wait to get ridding!

  • @bubba3ld What do you mean by "Hard Tubes" ? Do you mean Hevy-Duty tubes??? or do you mean the ones that don't require any air. The foam ones. ??

  • @TheGDizzo I mean Hevy-Duty tubes.

  • Looks like you're spending a lot of time fighting for traction. What tires were ya running? at what pressures?

  • @TheGDizzo The tires Im using is Michelin AC10. The pressure usualy around 0.8kpa

  • man this bike is very strong!!!! Were they all 250cc in this video?

  • @Martins2012 yes! this is 250cc. I haven't done anything on engine it self

  • You dominate that thing like a madman! Kick-ass dude.

  • SWEET RIDE!!!!!

  • this guy rips

  • Thanks :)

  • your bike rips. i wan't one. did you ever dyno it and get it tuned for a custom map?

  • Thanks for your comment. I installed FMF Power Programmer and yes I have done the map customed. It works great!

  • would you be willing to post horse power and torque numbers?

  • I haven't checked mine but I saw in the magazine that they did almost same mods as mine and it increased 5.6 more horse power on rear wheel than stock.

The stock hose power on rear wheel was 25, so its like 20% up without touching any on engine.

  • @bubba3ld is there a way to make this bike less noisy? Thanks.

  • @Martins2012 mine? no I can't. unless chenge the muffler. it suppose to be 98db.

  • Wow I never knew Japan offered this type of riding.

  • da kann wohl einer ziemlich gut fahren =)

  • 1:09 rev limiter :) haha 5 stars

  • Thank you!

  • NIce Vid ! love that bike :D

  • Thanx!

  • nice bike man i just bought me th wr250r last week'end

  • Congat to you! Have a fun with it!

  • Hi bubba3ld your bike is awsome! Wich is the best WR250 or KLX250? Yamaha is very expensive than Kawasaki here in the U.S, is it the same in Japan? Wich is more popular in Japan Kawasaki or Yamaha?

  • Hello! thanks for the nice comment! Well, KLX is much cheeper than WR250R and I see KLX more than WR250R in Japan. I don't want to say which is best. You go by quality or reasonable. I took quality.

  • Hi. Your riding is really impressive. Have you tried KTM 300 EXC? If you have, how do you compare it to your modified WR250R?

  • Thank you for the nice comment. I never tried 300EXC but I rode 200EXC before. But this bike is not to compare with those bikes. Its different category. EXC are competition models, WR250R is more for street and offroad. dual purpose. But if I compaire with those bikes, there are much better for everything on riding at offroad. Much lighter, much powerfull,? but the reason I chose this bike was for much more durability than comp model. and also I don't have to worry about jetting at any where

  • Hey, thanks for the reply! Your video really makes me want to purchase a WR250R/X now. I love the idea of fuel injection on this. And I don't know if KTM will ever come out with 2 stroke FI models. So I think I should start shopping for WR250!!

  • don't worry , I'm spanish and I understand you perfectly. Thanks for you quick answer.See you...bebba3ld!! and upload more videos about yamaha wr250r , it's fabulous bike from yamaha !!

  • hey, that looks like an amazing bike.

I am looking to get a first bike in the next couple of years. I'm only 15 now, but I can legally buy one when I turn 16 (but I'll have to save some money first, I don't have a job yet).

I was just wondering, why is the WR250R so much more expensive than a Suzuki DR200 SE? Is it really that much better with the 50 extra cubes? Also, would you recommend this bike as a first one? One last thing, how much did you pay for it, and how much is your insurance?

  • Thanks for watching!

Why expensive than a DR200? DR200 is made for low cost and less quality. WR250R has much more quality but cost more to bring a new technology. Bike needs total barance to make it go smooth and faster I think. Maybe you shuld try with some used bike for the first time to let you understand more about bikes.

I don't know where you live but probably not same as my country so, you shuld ask local dealer for how much you have to pay for it.

  • Hi, I have a question, What is the maximum speed ? and would you recommend it for long trip riding ?I LOVE THAT BIKE

    Thank you, greetings from slovakia

  • Thank you for the comment from Slovakia!

It will go up to around 150kmph in stock. I recomend its good for long trip in this 250cc category. The motor runs very smooth for single. Mine is not in stock so its kinda loud? and doesn't go that fast for top speed.

  • Thank you for your reply

  • Hola, tb tengo una WR250 pero es la X , Buen video bubaa3ld!! Pon mas videos de tu moto por favor!! jejeje

  • Gracias por el lindo comentario.Voy a hacer otro vídeo cuando tengo tiempo.

  • cojones of steel

  • gracias por el comentario!

  • you are a very nice drive beautiful video

  • Thank you for the nice comment.

  • sick ass videos dude.

i love your bike. ive done all the same mods you have done and mine runs like a champ. i posted my video response to this with my bike and the mods ive done.

what sprocket and chain did you go with? i love the look of that chain man. i want to gear mine down a bit to complete my mods because i rarely go above 70mph on mine anyway, and i could sure use some more low end.

    keep up that vids dude.

    thanks in advance.

  • Thanks for the comment!

I have SUNSTAR on front and AFAM on rear for sporckets. I use D.I.D ZVM2 for the chain. My gearing is ok for ride around the neighbor and super good for mountain ride.

    Ride safe! : )

  • Now I get why they say those are "easy to ride", no matter how much You hammer the throttle nothing will happen :D

  • Thanks for the comment. Yes! as you say, I chosed this bike for more Durability on motor than YZF. Its just fun to ride.

    ^_^

  • hahaaa! Thanks!

  • Holy crap dude, you're insane lol.

Great vid, nice to see the WR fly like that.

  • Thanks for the nice comment!

  • Wow. You are REALLY fast.

Your other video showed that you had a YZ250F exhaust but this looks like an FMF in this video.

Did you change it to an FMF exhaust? If so, which one? How does it compare to the YZ exhaust?

  • Thanks for the comment.

I have the stock YZ250F on this vid. The one you saw was another WRR which is friend of mine bigining of this vid. My WRR was shown at bigining but very very back of the sight at 0.09

The friends WRR with FMF was very quiet. He said not much changed from stock pipe, but much lighter helps better handling.

  • Where was this??

  • about 3hrs away from Tokyo.

  • Tokyo Japan? my aunt said that you are a friend of hers so you must have been on a trip??

  • Looks like great fun. Nice ride!

  • Thanks axesent. Yeah it was fun weekend ride!

  • YEAH!! Awesome ride!

  • Thanks Shewuff!
