I played football HS football in texas and there was a senior who ran a 4.3 that is playing for florida right now.. I ran a 4.69 in 10th and down to 4.55 senior year being 6'2 205 :D

If people didnt wear pads in football, people would die a lot more often, plain an simple. go look at a highlight real for the hardest hits in rugby, then go take a look at the hardest hits in football.. it's obvious that football has a lot harder contact, now im not saying it's a more manly sport, I just believe that the pads are indeed necessary.
