I just can't help but keep noticing things I don't like about this game. The camera zooms in and out an awful lot. That makes it MUCH harder to judge distances when jumping. Bad move in a platform game. Also, some of the trials are so imaginative, they really stand out in a bad way in the otherwise pretty realistic level design. What were those purple moving crystals doing in a rusty old ore mine? If that had been some magical crystal cave like in X2, I would've bought it.
Kinda hard to look cool when you have to get past the name... Earthrock Trilobyte? I'd just kill myself outright if my parents named me that. It's a wonder he got that far.
This level could only have spawned in the darkest reaches of Hell.
The first section of the game was solely a chase, followed by a mini-boss with a weakness I hope to God was hinted at by those navigators, followed by running BACK, a random trap room and then a mini-boss that changes its entire perspective on you as you play it. What. The. Hell?
Also, does the crane miss completely if the robot is attacking at the time it passes it? Or does it register as a hit but doesn't show the animation?
My biggest question is that if you don't like the navigators... Why not just turn them off? That's what I did. Granted, it was allot of trial and error my first run through, but the peace and quite made up for it.

It's lousy design. Capcom wen't so cheap with X6, X7, and X8. These games are what I consider to be the worst of the Megaman franchise. The move to 3D was a mistake IMO, the designs are poor, the bosses are lame, and the gameplay is stale. Plus with the support characters just chiming in whenever they fell like it is a poor design choice, you never needed people to talk to you during gameplay, so why now? And especially if you know what your doing. It's insulting.
This game looks...rather dumb. This always happens when a series starts getting up there in age/games...except for Nintendo because they only release one game in a series every four years or so X_X;;
Unlucky. It's nice to know that the main boss is meant to be even harder. Keep at it!
By the way, have you considered posting wide screen recordings. I just think it'll look as if the video wasn't compromised. Just a little comment towards improvement :)
u sound like a weird version of Rowan Atkinson. only that his voice is just hilarious now aint it?

you have a dog named Duchess ?! LOL

I didn't name her.
She had that name when we adopted her from the pound. We didn't exactly want to change her name and confuse the life out of her.
Which ended up being kinda pointless anyway, as she also responds to "dog", "duch" and what-ever the hell my dad calls her.

The chase reminds me of the SMBB one and if this was real and a giant robot was chasing megaman. And he got interuptted like that. He'd be dead.

It's so funny how they have that exciting intro for the bosses, yet they look consistently uncool.

X's cry of "Nooooooo!" is surprisingly melodic, considering he's being atomized.
Also, that is definitely a flawed boss fight. It'd probably help if you could see the battlefield from above rather than below.
