i didnt fight back when i was beated on, but the teacher got me suspended even though i was picked up out of my chair and slammed to the ground and repeatedly hit in the face and my stomach and back as the kid rolled me around pinning me down then he put me in the choke hold and all i did was grab his arm and try to push him off of me but i couldn't, but i got a week of suspension for bullying, and its enlisted as offence on my school report, i was clearly the victim and he was untouched.

My daughter was being bullied by 3 boys while playing in the school yard, and teachers were not paying attention. One started hitting her, and she slugged him really hard. The kid began to cry and his friends ran away. They never bothered her again.

Teachers, counselors, parents, mods, the police, principles, any adults at all can't and will refuse to help any child who is being bullied. In some cases these "authority figures" will stand up and applaud the bully. It's best to just deal with it yourself for example going to the website advertised in this video. Or just doing what the big kid did here if you can. Other wise any child being affected by bullying is most likely going to commit suicide, everyone will gasp, then go about their day

Going to a teacher doesn't do anything because detention or suspension doesn't stop bullying. In my opinion. At the school where I did the student teaching, the school punished kids for provocation.
