  • im interested in this bike, i have a kz550 with some minor upgrades i just finished restoring, it will be up for sale soon, this is the next bike i have in my sights

  • I had a GPz750 but the engine had so many problems from the previous owner that it went to scrap. Now I have a 1984 GPz 900R that still can hang with the Hayabusa in terms of 1/4 mile time without eating tires or chains on a monthly basis.

I have the same Supertrapp exhaust except that mine are 4 into 2 as I like having pipes on both sides (for looks only, 4 into 1 produces better power spread).

  • Nice bike and well worth the price(now $2500 on Craigslist) considering all the parts. Could not build one for the money. Seem you on the road

  • 9,775 P.C.

  • your bike was a credit to you....I wish more people treated their bikes as well...especially when I'm trieing to buy them!!

  • nice bike!

I owned the same one back in the 90's

    Loved it

  • i had one back in 1993. first bike i ever had sex on! awesome sound. (bike too). i still wish i had it.

  • The turbo's are nice bikes, very stable at very high speeds but steer like a tank, (very heavy) off the line they are dogs unless you are holding the rpm's at 4,000 and dump the clutch. I have run this against my own turbo which was running perfect and I smoked it off the line, turbo would catch me at the other end but not by the end of a 1/4 mile

  • I owned gpz 750 turbo with stage 3 kit! SMOKIN HOT! this red 1 is like a boom nice lookin beast

  • 10.71 on this bike??? I don't believe it. I also question that it would beat a stock GPz750 Turbo. It is great to see any of these classic GPz's but the real collectibles are the 84-85 750 Turbo, the 83-84 1100 and of course the 84-86 Ninja / GPz900R. Let's also add the first 81 GPz550 too.......

  • sexy bike. I have the '84 900 ninja

  • nice bike, i love it i own two gpz's 83 model, one look older but the other look very clean and it has low mileage, this one is modiffied, and in good condition

  • my spedo does the same thing 1983

  • got to Craigs list (philadeplhia) and search for gpz. you will see my ad there. email me there and I will see if I can help you out.

  • Did I hear correctly that the chain & sprokets were converted to a 520 (or 530)? Where did you get the sprockets? I've been looking for sprockets for my '83 GpZ750 months, but can't find them.

  • Sweet bike. I have an 83 GPZ1100. Love the GPZs.

  • ya i did get a hell of a deal but i still think the turbo would beat this, c'mon that bike wont run a 10.71

  • Neither will a stock turbo, as fast as the are going from 50 to 140mph. They are a dog off the line. The are the heavest steering bike I have ever owned or ridden for that matter. Nice to tour as they are smooth on the highway and can go all day on one (725 miles in one day on the bike and I could have gone further but on but suck around the city. For the most part it is a trophy bike. (oh, I had put 19,000 miles on my Turbo before I sold it)

  • 3000 is not really out of line for this bike Its clean and clean GPz's are hard to find.

And JM if you really bought a 750 Turbo thats near mint for less than 1500 then your seller was an idiot and you got a heck of a deal..

  • First of all I just sold a MINT turbo for well under what 2 others were asking, $5,200 and as you have heard from the vid that to bike is anything but stock. And as for a stock Turbo this bike will smoke it. If you don't believe me bring your title and I will prove it.

  • how much?

  • $3000
