Convert it, google media converter and go on the one that says (dot)org at the end. Then just upload your video and click next, then choose to convert to 'wmv', then next, next again and voila! Just wait till it comes up with a link that says 'download', right-click, 'save target as' and done! =D

Ok what u need to do is render it as WMV (i think wmv)
Then it should upload onto youtube
